We take pride in the quality of our products, which are carefully crafted and tested to meet our high standards. All our products undergo strict quality control measures before shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only for products with verifiable quality deficiencies.
- Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, with at least 90% of the original weight or volume intact.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at info@theboom.bar to report the quality issue.
- Our returns processing team will review your claim and provide further instructions.
- If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Return the product via mail at your own cost, ensuring the RMA number is included on the package.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or store credit.
Refunds and Store Credits
- Depending on the nature of the quality issue, we may offer either a full refund or store credit.
- Store credits are valid for 120 days from the date of issue.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Products without verifiable quality deficiencies are not eligible for return.
- Claims of underweight shipments are not grounds for return but will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our customer service team.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe items are missing, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@theboom.bar. We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis to find a resolution.
International Orders
Please note that we currently only ship and accept returns from within the United States.
